About this Talk

Regardless of age, gender, demographics, or anthropometrics, there's one facet of life which never changes: you MUST sleep. But, over the last few decades, we've seen a dramatic decline in total sleep duration along with individual sleep quality. If you can't/aren't sleeping, one might even argue that training is somewhat of a moot point. So, the question remains: what's happening to our sleep and what can we do about it?

Mike holds an M.S. in Exercise Physiology from East Tennessee State University (ETSU) and has spent time coaching at the collegiate, professional, and Olympic level. He currently serves as an exercise physiologist and chief science officer.
